Every time your company buys supplies from Coastal Facility Products, your company earns points. These points can be redeemed for merchandise from our Business Rewards Program. Enrolled companies will earn 1 point for each dollar spent. All redemptions are the sole property of the purchasing company and are intended for the purchasing companies use, not for the individual buyer. Invoices must be paid within the payment terms stated on the invoice. Points will not be earned on payments for freight and handling, sales tax, miscellaneous charges, finance charges or any non-merchandise items. Points are not earned for products on “contract” or special pricing, sales merchandise, merchandise offered by formal bid or if the company receives an advertising promotion when they place an order. Coastal Facility Products reserves the right to add, delete, change or modify the points or point values at any time without notice. All awards are subject to availability. Coastal Facility Products reserves the right to substitute redemptions of approximate equal quality and value in the event awards become unavailable, discontinued or out of stock.

To redeem your company’s points, all you have to do is have an authorized representative from your company go to www.coastalfacility.com, check your account balance or call your sales representative for a current statement of earned points. Your sales representative can prepare the redemption certificate for the authorized representative’s signature. Redemptions may only be made by an authorized representative on behalf of the purchasing company. Redeemed awards are shipped directly to the purchasing company and listed on your invoice at no charge. If your company does not want to participate in our Business Rewards Program, please notify your sales representative.

Any tax liability or tax reporting or compliance obligations associated with the accrual, use or redemption of any Business Rewards points is the sole responsibility of the redeeming company. The redeeming company agrees that any state, federal or local income, sales, use, other tax liability for any merchandise redeemed is the responsibility of the redeeming company. Points may accumulate in the Business Rewards account. However, the points in this account are not redeemable for cash.
